I cannot recommend Capitol Surfaces more highly. Jaldi, the project manager, impressed me the first time I met him.
He listened -- and I mean really listened. He wasn't just humoring the customer. Our first project was a deck on the back of our home. He made suggestions and together we created a plan.
The price quote he worked up was very reasonable.
He was always available to me when I had questions. The project began as scheduled and finished on time! It was impressive watching how they laid out the building materials in the order they would need them prior to starting the project and then working together as a team got the deck completed when promised. We couldn't have asked for more when our deck was completed.
The value of our home was greatly increased because of our new deck. After the deck was completed, there was a minor change we wanted made and there were no arguments, no excuses, he just came out and changed it to our satisfaction.

I am very pleased with their work, very responsive and reliable. I was skeptical because there was no review about the company but I checked their references I called some of their customers and they all had great experiences with this company.

the great thing about them is they provide you with fresh references so you can call them yourself and verify their all the jobs they had done. I would give them an A when it comes to scheduling they delivered their promised project on time and that's the most important element beside the quality when it comes to construction.

Run away from this company. Seems like a small startup company with guys who dont know what the heck they're doing and who claims everything they do is "perfect." Run away when you hear they say their work is "perfect" because I will guarantee you for the price they charge, which is very expensive compare to the others in the area, you will think you get quality worksmanship, but their quality is like ***.
They run their adds on craigslist here in the northern VA area. Here's their website. I dont want to be specific, but stay away from them.
I couldnt find any review for them before i hired them to do my work, so i'll be the first to do the review.
