Capital KIa San Jose CA underhanded Policies

My daughter had her car towed into one of your dealers, Capital KIA in San Jose. She was driving on the freeway and the engine light came on and the car broke down. It has 60,000 miles on it and she is still making payments. The dealer said they needed to look it over and it would cost her she did not know any better so she agreed. Your dealer tore the motor down to the block and told her she did something wrong with no specific explanation. After trying to get the car repaired under the warranty for months the dealer then had her car towed home or she had it towed home by their request. When I went to look at it I could not believe what they had done . They tore the radiator and top of the motor completely out down to the block and threw all the greasy parts in the trunk, put a piece of wood under the block to hold it up and sent it home leaving an oil and water trail up my road to my house . I have never seen anything so unprofessional in my life. What is my next course of action ? I need your help with this. She is a single mother struggling and wants to take care of everything on her own but I can not allow this to go on any longer. PS still owes money on this vehicle that she has not been able to use for over a year now.
