Couldn't open a joint savings account

I thought we had opened a joint account, but they had it in my wife's name only. I tried to add my name to the account.
After over six hours on the phone with over a dozen 'customer support' reps, after uploading my IDs and adding a new phone number, their system would not add my name to the account. All customer support does is send you in the same circle over and over and over. No savings account is worth this much frustration and aggravation.
We closed the account. There are other options out there with real customer support.
