Subscription cancelation and refund

I recently purchased your plus membership, and the results were 0. It did not do what it was said to do, and it kept asking me to repeat the same steps I had previously done.

I spent hours trying to get it to find my old retirement funds and setting up an IRA with no results. I kept having to repeat steps over and over again and it did absolutely nothing. I would like a refund of my money.

Also, the fact that there is no Customer Service number or email on your site and that I have to google to find it is completely unacceptable. I would like my $75 refunded for poor services.
