Was lied to and taken advantage of
- - Rushed lease buyout with unanswered questions and no contracts received.
- - No contracts received; a $2,500 2-year warranty added; paperwork claimed final.
I went to the Glenville NY Subaru to buy out my lease. I spoke to Ernie who assured me it would be an easy seamless process.
He kept rushing me and not answering my questions. I never signed anything but now have a $2500 2 yr warranty and was told the paperwork is final and I cannot return the car. I have no idea what my payment will be and its been weeks. I have not received any contracts.
I have called the dealership several times with no return call. The manager Chris will not call me back. I have been lied to about several things including that my warranty was good for the life of the car and when the brakes go I can go get new ones.
All of this was a lie. I have no idea where to go to for help since the dealership will not return my calls.
- Will not call me back
- Was not clear with my payments
- Lied to me to get me to sign up for a warranty
Preferred solution: Full refund
