I have some money available--$20.79--to use in the purchase of gift cards.
Unfortunately, none of your available gift cards are of interest to me at this moment.
Why don't you add Kroger, (HEB for Texans), Walmart, and Amazon?

I've e-mailed back and forth with Capital One Shopping Support - help@***.com (16 messages) and the latest just says "We've genuinely put our best efforts into assisting you, and while we wish we could do more, we've reached a point where our customer service team can't proceed further." No explanation why they don't track all rewards even though they track the shopping trips, no nothing.

When I contact CS after the 30-day wait, sometimes they will manually add the correct rewards in, but sometimes I get the message, 'After looking into your request, we've determined that you've already received all the manual adjustments you qualify for. At this time, you are not eligible to receive any additional manual adjustments,' even though it is the first time I've contacted them about that particular trip.
Because of this, I've lost out on at least $25.00 in rewards this year so far.
BTW, the only time C1 Shopping sends a survey is when they do an adjustment, so their customer satisfaction rating skews positive.

Only Capital One Shopping can tell me what my gift card balances are, and there is no way to talk to a human to give me the balances.
I purchased 4 gift cards through Capital One Shopping for a total of $210. At first, I was able to partially redeem a couple online or by printing the gift card and redeeming them in person.
Now, I can no longer redeem any of the gift cards online or in person. I know I have balances on the cards, but there is no place to check the balance, nor does Capital One Shopping offer online help or a contact phone number.

- Not able to redeem my rewards as promised
- Not able to check gift card balances
Preferred solution: Access to the balances of my 4 Gift Cards and the ability to use them again. (I can no longer use the cards online nor in person.)

Wasted, non-refundable money
I purchased an eBay gift card using my Capital One shopping rewards balance, upon trying to use the card, it gave me a security code to access the cards account number. Upon entering that account number into eBays gift card area during checkout it asks for a security code.
The security code is for the card. Not the one I entered to see the card details. This security code should have been included with the card details, but it is not.
Now I can't use the card and there is no customer support number. It is also non refundable.

The discounts for everything I purchase which shows Capital One Shopping (COS) only show a .20 discount. I have written to COS and did not receive a reply that answered my problem.
I do not believe this is a legitimate offer since I cannot speak to anyone directly. Very poor customer service.

I can not redeem my points for a gift card. It says that my phone number is already in use but I only have one cell phone number.
I sent an email to help@***.com and have no response in a weeks time. I feel like it is a scam and the pop up discount code checking is annoying!

Lowes Gift card that I purchased and it was rejected even though it said DOES NOT EXPIRE.
I purchased this Lowe's gift card in 2023 and left it in my account until recently. I went to Lowe's and the e-gift card was rejected.
I was emailed after complaining to contact TANGO, which I did.
They wrote back after a year we do not honor e-gift cards. Will Capitol One Shopping honor this gift card or am I going to have to shred it?

This "service" does not even have customer service by phone! This is beyond poor service.
