I've spent all day trying to transfer my my money to purchase a car and the bank kept banning me! The customer service was absolutely unhelpful and unprofessional. Garrett (489400) a Principal Coordinator of such unprofessionalism is absolutely useless. The bank just don't want its customers to be happy- no worries, I'll go to the bank with more adequate service.

Terrible!! Absolutly Terrible!! My account was overdrawn and they charged me $35 overdraft fee, Fine, but 2 days later they switched the order of my transactions around and charged me 5 $35 overdraft fees. I was sooo pissed. I spoke to The head manager Tommy who refused to acknowledge and fund me back my money. .... Bunch of CROOKS!!

Capitalone360 decided to freeze my for No apparent valid reason. They wanted to close my account while money is on hold. I was told that they will close my account & return my money in 10 days, after 3 weeks I'm still waiting for my money.
