Didn,t return deposit at closing on purchase of 2 autos
in june of 2011 we purchased 2 autos from capital honda in michigan at the closing cash purchase dealer capital hondal didn't include $500.00 credit on final cost for each vehicle. first call they credited my credit card. 2nd call to get other $500.00. I was only credited because i caught the mistake. I wondered how many other people this has happened to and it was not caught. I would repquest an audit by honda of the dealership to see how many deposits they still have that have not been refunded. concerned buyer waiting for responce for poor practice.

my experience with capitol in san jose ca was a horrible one, do not go to this place, bunch a scam artist had me drove there for hour and half and then told me honda has pulled out their national ad which was a lie and wanted to get me into the car for $2800 down and $384 a mo when was offering 0 down and $230 month, they claimed $2800 was tax and lic fees which i ended up going to Stevens creek honda and they honor the ad and tax was only $364 and $230 after tax was $261 mo, much better , do your homework still any one these guys can *** ya be careful.
