Rediculous hold times on phone
And they dont even bother to tell you what number caller in line you are. The elevator music perodically is interupted by a voice that says "we appreciate your patience", which is not the slightest bit helpful. I also swear that sometimes when im on old someone will pick up the phone just so they can immediately hang up on me.
