Capital credit union bought my bank Pioneer credit union they changed computer systems and $500 is missing from my account. No one answers phone they stated it would be resolved today it happened 3 days ago.

Left messages no on even calls back. Emailed customer service.

This computer conversion has been a disaster! They have horrible customer service.

Austin, Texas bank not osting pay

Have been a member of this bank for years. In 2013 changed computer system and problems since.

Today Jan 1 2014 10:20am pay has yet to post and no one to contact. Pay was to post to account at start of day.

Have occassionaly expereinced similar problems when pay to be posted Friday or Saturday but those times customer service representatives were available. Have expereinced problems even calling customer service during regular working hours - phone system answers then replays greeting every few seconds - workaround when problem happens is to select option to call specific bank employee using invalid extension then customer service answers
