Staff do not care
This company is extremely frustrating to deal with. They sold me a warranty that was supposed to be ending in a few years, but made a mistake on their system and applied a warranty that ends this June!
I have been calling and emailing for a year to get this resolved and its always a game of oh I will let the manager know to call you back but they never do. I finally got in contact with Alex Yachinec and he said he was going to make the change on May 18th and after I started following up earlier this week Ive been told he quit.
Now Im back trying to get another manager named Bara to make this change, but so far he just never reply to my emails or call me. Every single employee that Ive talked to at this company has all pushed the issue to the side and not wanting to fix their mistake.

I bought a car there last year, the finance guy completely screwed up my paperwork with another person. Couldn't find me in their system, finally straighten out after lots of frustration.
Get financing elsewhere.
Just recently i was in talks with a salesman about possibly trading in my car, just wanted to know what they would give me for the car and cost to refinance, I provided all the numbers they needed...salesman decided to do an unapproved credit check without my permission.
Manager tried to blow off my call like it was nothing, but knows its fraud. He couldn't find it in their system...lied to me straight out even after I proved from my credit report they did an unwarranted credit check..
Salesman lied saying I signed a paper to allow it...nope didn't and asked him to show it to me which he couldn't.
Last dodge I will buy and will never go back to Capital even for my current car services or recalls.
