INCOMPETENT, IGNORANT, ARROGANT, LIARS AND FOOLS, AT BEST!

SPOKE WITH SHANE ALLENSWORTH, SAID BRING TRUCK CAN DO TODAY. HAVE ALL PARTS AND TOOLS NECESSARY TO COMPLETE TODAY. TO TRUCK OUT OF SERVICE AND DELIVERED TO SHANE AGAIN ASKED SHANE YOU HAVE THE PARTS AND TOOLS HERE TO DO THE JOB, RIGHT? "YES SIR" HE RESPONDS! LEAVE TRUCK, THEIR DRIVER COULD NOT EVEN FIGURE OUT HOW TO START THE TRUCK (THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN MY CLUE). DROPPED OFF AT 10AM, HEARD NOTHING FROM THEM SO I CALLED AROUND 2PM AND LEFT MESSAGE. 30 MINS LATER SHANE CALLS, SORRY SIR, WE CAN'T DO THE WORK ON YOUR TRUCK, WE DO NOT HAVE THE TOOLS OR THE PARTS! WHAT???? EXCUSE ME FOR BEING UPSET! WELL SIR WE CAN TAKE IT TO ANOTHER COMPANY THAT KNOWS HOW TO WORK ON TRUCKS TO FIX IT FOR YOU BUT IT WILL COST YOU AN EXTRA $300.00 OVER OUR QUOTE. I FELT LIKE THATS THEIR PROBLEM, THEY TOLD ME TO BRING IT IN, SAID THEY HAD THE TOOLS, PARTS AND EQUIPMENT TO COMPLETE THE WORK. WELL, "SERVICE DIRECTOR" GETS ON THE PHONE TO TELL ME WHAT A *** I AM FOR BEING UPSET WITH THEM AND F U IF YOU DO NOT LIKE IT, COME GET YOUR TRUCK. WE ARGUE, OF COURSE THIS IS ONE OF THOSE "LITTLE NAPOLEON COMPLEX GUYS" THAT HAS TO PROVE SOMETHING, EVEN IF HE IS WRONG. WE FINALLY COME TO AN AGREEMENT AND HE TELLS ME THAT THEY WILL GET THE TRUCK DONE AND DELIVER TO ME THAT AFTERNOON OR EVE. WELL I KNEW THE TRUCK SHOP THEY WERE TAKING IT TO AND WENT OVER THERE TO SEE WHAT WAS GOING ON. BOTTOM LINE THE OUTSIDE TRUCK REPAIR CENTER THEY WERE TAKING IT TO WERE CLOSING UP AND GETTING READY TO LOCK MY TRUCK INSIDE FOR THE NIGHT, WHICH OF COURSE MENT I WAS NOT GETTING IT BACK THAT EVE AS THE SERVICE DIRECTOR HAD LIED AGAIN TO ME ABOUT. SO I DEMANDED MY TRUCK AND LEFT WITH IT WITHOUT ANY REPAIRS DONE TO IT AT ALL. BOTTOM LINE: THEY WILL SAY ANYTHING TO GET YOU TO BRING YOUR TRUCK IN AND THEN BLAME YOU WHEN THEY CANNOT FOLLOW THROUGH. JUST MY EXPERIENCE. BUYER BEWARE

Funny thing is, I am the guy from Rincon Truck who you tried to scam tires from. You reap what you sow. We kicked you out too for being a freak.

Capistrono Ford

My parking brake locked on my Ford. I had it toed to Capistrono Ford as it was the nearest dealer. They said I needed to replace the entire system for over $500. I just had new brakes put on the car four months ago! They're crooks! I talked to a friend who does brakes. All they are going to do is remove the cable clip on the rear brakes, Pull with cable end and rotate it and push down on the lever until it releases. Its a common Ford problem and they are trying gold dig people. I don't mind paying a mechanic an hours labor for 5 minutes work, but I'm not buying parts they are not going to install! CROOKS!

Capistrano Ford Service

I took my car in to Capistrano Ford for same problem twice and now the service department has been giving me the run around as usual. Once again the car has been in the shop for over a week with not indications as to when it will be ready. I have purchased 5 cars in the past and will not purchase another ford due to the customer service delays in the service department. In the past 1 year my car has been in the service department a total of over 4 weeks and the customer service department as well as the service manager have left me stranded with absolutely no clue as to when I an expect to pick up my car.

Capo Ford service is crooked. They do not repair what you ask them to repair and run up the bill with extra work.

Purchased a new E-150 van in 2002. The first time I took the car in for an oil change they left the oil cap off.

Then I took the car in to get the tire aligned, but upon picking the car up they charged me for an alignment but said they were not able to fully align the wheels without a special ad on kit. The car only had 15,000 miles and one tire was worn so badly as to be near replacement. The car was still under warranty though. Why should I have to have a kit to have the tires aligned? Should not all cars be able to be aligned....Not Ford vans. They would to nothing to remedy this. I even tried contacting Ford to no avail. They started putting the kits on vans of later years.

Then I took the car in to get ONE spark plug replaced. Which is a $300+ procedure!!! The messed something up when doing so and I had starting problems for weeks thereafter, and even after taking the van back several times they could not find the problem. Took it to Laguna Niguel Chevron and the guy found the problem in less than an hour. But they have certified mechanics there...

Needless to say I won't be going back to CF, and probably will never buy Ford again.

I have taken my car into Capistrano ford 3 times since July for squeaking brakes. They deglaze the brakes and send me on my way with no paperwork. The Service Manager Dave doesn't believe what I said to him and said that each previous service would not matter since the brake warranty is expired.

They put faulty products or as they call it "MFG authorized defects" on and expect you to live with it.
