Purchased 4 apple watch bands.

3 of the bands are nice and functionable, size Small fit is good.

The CELESTIAL STRETCH APPLE WATCH BAND has an inferior design. THe knotted filament string keeps popping out and sitting lopsided at the bar attached to the band.

It also is very large and spins around on my wrist even though the other 3 beaded styles fit fine.

I am disappointed with their AI generated response which clearly did not address the issue. They emailed me a video of how to waer the band!

I aksed for an RA label to return this defective band to exchange for a different style that I know is desgned better. Most of the bands attach to the bar with 4 connectors, the large square stones only attach with 2 connectors, clearly being an issue and also run large!

Hopefully they resolve this matter with me since there is no customer service phonne number

You cannot get in touch with this company at all. I have had three now orders sent to the wrong address even after I typed the current one in they continue to use an old existing address.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They apologized for the delay & asked for my patience. It finally arrived!

No delivery, no refund

My spouse ordered over $100 of merchandise in March. Still no product and a continuous stall for any resolution.

We have reported to our bank and going to the BBB. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

The Apple Watch band is too tight and uncomfortable. I wish to return it .

I have a small wrist yet too small.

Is it possible to exchange for a larger size or not? Are there different styles to select from in larger sizes also.

Bracelet String Broke the first time my son wore.

Purchased mens warrior bracelet for my son for Christmas. The string that was used to connect beads broke the first time my 37 year old son wore.

It was a very nice bracelet However, not well made at all. Its also super silly they dont have a customer service #.

I paid for and ordered a watchband a month ago and still have not received the product. When I contact them via their web lite they tell me to be patient.

TODA month ago I ordered a watchband. After a few weeks they said it had been delivered but it was not delivered to me.

Then they said that they would ship a new one to me when they received the other back. I dont have one to ship back to them as it was not delivered to me. The cameras do not show it was ever delivered to me. I wrote several emails and texts to them.

Now they are not even responding to me-I am out the price of the expensive watchband and do not have a watchband.

They do not have a phone number. The customer service is horrendous.
