I signed up for a 6-month subscription, when I went on to try to cancel it, there was no option on the account portal to cancel. You had to contact customer service.

A few months later, I receive a charge on my account for subscription renewal, with no notice. I contacted the company to try to get the charge reversed, and they told me as per policy that they offer zero refunds.

in my opinion, this is terrible customer service and Im pissed. Im stuck with a new subscription that I don't even want, and lost $20 for it.
