Missing part of order
My name is Thomas Ferger. I received an order from Cap Barbell it did not have a packing slip.
I ordered it from Amazon and I guess the shipped from Cap Bar Bell. What I ordered was Cap 150 lbs dumbbell weights with a vertical rack, what I received was only the dumbbell vertical rack red im color on the box it said 1/1 I dont know if it is coming in another box or what The UPS tracking number is 1ZW2207R031503**** my order number from Amazon is 111-211****-417**** placed on 4/19 Could someone please check to see where my dumbbells are.

Hello - I made an order through Amazon and right now that I opened the package, some weights are missing. The paid of 5 lbs and 20 lbs.
I would really appreciate it if you can send those to me. I tried calling the number but received no answer.
I hope I get a response. I have pictures to prove that my package was incomplete.

Items weren’t Included in my purchase
I purchased the three-piece Olympic weightlifting bar and the whole model three-piece pins weight bar are not included. I dont have the four mission pins and I need that to have my bar to fully function.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I emailed them with photos of serial numbers, and received a replacement soon after...thank you..
It doesn't have the support bar for the back adjustments... part number 8. My grandson needs that support bar and there are many parts, so I would appreciate it if the company could send me the support bar.

Bought a barbell set. 5 lb, 8 lb, 10 lb, and 15 lb dumbbells came.
12 lb weights were missing. In order to talk to someone from Cap Barbell, I have to pay $41 to subscribe to some chat place. Might as well buy a set of 12 lb dumbbells through Amazon for $36.
Makes no sense. There is no service at Cap customer service.

I have ordered the Cap Strength Combo Bench (model number FMS-CS90) and it was missing parts. I returned and exchanged it for another one and I am still missing all the support plates.
I have placed several calls and left messages but have received zero response. I would just like to be able to put my bench together and use it as intended.
