Verified ReviewerLost shipment
I'm still waiting on my bike. It was sent to me in September and couldn't be delivered due to hurricanes.
When I called FedEx, they said it would be delivered last Wednesday. That didn't happen, and they said it would be delivered Thursday. When that didn't happen, they said they returned it to Canyon at the shipper's request. I called Canyon and asked for a new bike to be shipped while waiting for that one to come back, but Canyon refused.
It makes no sense.
I'm not a happy customer and I'm still waiting for my $8000 bike! I am considering cancelling the order altogether.

Technical support
I have technical issues with my recently purchased bike that has yet to be used. When I follow directions from the user manual for support, it links me to the customer chat service, but there is no selection for technical support nor are there any other options.

Verified Reviewer |Bike squeak
I dont think I spoke to a bike tech, but an answering service collecting info for the warrantee.
This really ticked me off: I dialed Canyons customer support number and to get through I had to type the reason I was calling, and enter my phone number and email address. Effin ridiculous.
I told the guy I spoke to I knew why the bike is squeaking and just needed to know how to lube the connection of the front of the rear shock to the frame.
Simple right?
Nope!!! Canyon needs pictures.
Aside from my issue which should be easy to fix, i am happy with my bike.

Verified Reviewer |Assembly issue
Started to relate my technical issue regarding assembly of a brand new bike, and the chat switched me over to a pay screen. Will call customer service tomorrow. Hopefully, that will be a better experience.

Verified ReviewerHorrible Post Sale support
Purchased a Canyon bike in Feb of 2023 (~5 months ago). Due to the extremely wet winter season in NorCal I had little opportunity to ride the bike (total of 50 miles max).
Around April I made my first complaint that the lower bracket was creaking a lot when riding uphill. I received pushback from Canyon that it wasn't their problem to fix. I have since had a local bike shop resolve ($70). I have additional noises coming from the headset and my local bike shop estimates $100 minimum to fix and more depending on what they find.
We purchased 2 bikes from Canyon which have seen the same riding time and style.
One bike has had no issues while the other bikes continues to have issues. Canyon really needs to provide better support when it seems this is clearly poor assembly or engineering on their part.
