Tore pants and lost clothing won't admit responsibility

I had to change dry cleaning providers because of it was costing me more money to take my clothes to Canyon Rose Cleaners on 10130 Grant Rd, Houston, TX 77070. They were tearing up my husbands pants and losing some of our clothes! When I complained to the lady (manager) she would say that no it was our fault the pants tore and that we had our clothes with us already. When I explained to her that the pants were not torn when taken to the cleaners and that some were new and the tear on all the pants was on the same exact spot she said that no it wasn't her fault, and when I asked her what was I suppose to do with torn pants she said "that is not my problem." Some of my shirts were found (months later) when they cleaned the place up. (Couldn't wear shirt anymore though it was a maternity shirt and it's too big now) However I'm still missing some other clothes. That reminds me I have taken clothes back to her that weren't mine as well! Hope real owners got them back! The manager will be nice first but give her any complaints and she looses all her customer service. Her motto: "It's not my fault!" or should I say "It's not my problem"
