Just need some new latches

Can't talk to a person. That's absurd for what you pay for these so-called coolers.

All I wanted were some new latches as mine came apart after about 3 months.

I only have one working latch. Sad.

it is very easy to contact us both by phone, chat online or email. we are only open monday through friday fro8-4 but if you contact us during those hours, someone is always happy to help.

also, latches are available from our warranty department if you file a claim or you can purchase them on our website.

sound like you may have gotten up on the wrong side of the bed or maybe just need a little patience. if you need latches, reach out to us directly for help.

Broken latch

Hi. My husband spoke to someone yesterday-6/29 about getting a new latch for his cooler.

He was told to contact your company thru e-mail, (something that he doesn't know how to do). He asked me to do it,

We need a latch (left side) for a blue Canyon cooler with webbing on the top of it.

I think that it's a 20qt cooler. Please let me know what you need from me?
