On September 21st, I ordered a canvas print from canvaschamp.com because their website advertised fast shipping. However, by September 24th, I had not received any communication from Canvas Champ, not even an acknowledgement that I had placed an order.

I tried contacting them; I called the number listed on their website but received no answer, only music and an indefinite hold. I also filled out a contact form online requesting them to cancel the order and to give me a call back, but still, I heard nothing.

So, I checked my PayPal transactions and confirmed that the payment of $167.37 had indeed been sent to Prints & Signs LLC International. Out of frustration, I filed a dispute with PayPal. The seller responded to PayPal dispute by providing a tracking number for the order.

Despite all this, I have not received any assurance from the seller that my order was placed. I have not had any call answered or any contact requests returned. From September 25th to October 1st, I emailed 5 different representatives from Canvas Champ. They repeatedly asked for the order number, which I had stated multiple times that I had not received from them. The representatives assured me that the order would be cancelled, but no action was taken.

I stopped responding when a sixth representative asked for an order number, which I had informed them repeatedly that I had not received. Remarkably, on October 7th, I received a notification that a FedEx delivery of the canvas was on its way. Firstly, the order should have been cancelled. Secondly, I never received the order! This situation showed me that this company is incompetent at best.

I have tried contacting them multiple times to no avail. Now, I am considering filing a complaint/grievance/report with anyone I possibly can, including the Attorney General. This company comes across as scammers and liars.

When I hadn't heard anything from the company by September 24th, I decided to use another company to print my canvas because I needed it by September 26th. Interestingly enough, the new company delivered as promised: I placed the order on September 24th and it was delivered on September 26th. Now that's fast shipping! Maybe they can educate Canvas Champ on what fast shipping really means.

Each time I communicate to them, they ask for the order number they never provided me with, and then the transaction proof, assuring me that it will be cancelled. All I keep receiving are the same exact questions—asking for an order number and transaction proof.

User's recommendation: Do not use if you don’t care about confirmation, order number, tracking number, answered calls, returned calls, response to contact forms, response to emails and can go 17 days without your product, despite choosing the website because website states FAST SHIPPING. They will not cancel your order even though they say they will. They will ask you for an order number you never received and transaction proof you’ve sent in you very first correspondence to them 3 days after original order. You will be or whatever money the order cost.

Flimsy metal prints

I made 3 separate orders for large format metal prints (over $2000). The print quality is great, however the metal is so flimsy that it warps when hung.

I called customer service for help. He asked me to email my problem and send photos. I did that along with a photo of a competitor's product that was fully backed and stable. After several times of going back and forth, they stand behind their product.

They must have never seen this product in person, but just sell it. Because if they actually tried to hang a 20x24 metal print of theirs, they would see how inferior it is.

Doesn't matter who nice the print quality is if all I can do is lay it flat! Their product and competitor's product both pictured.

They took my money and I never received my canvas

Ordered a canvas print, they took my money and I never got the canvas. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Will never buy anything from the company again.

The products smell like manure, like someone dipped it in *** Smells so bad Im sure they dipped it in ***

Pillows came in dirty.

Stitching is loose.

Not correct sizing.

Took 3 weeks to arrive, it came from India.

Horrible customer service.
