Though they had gone out of business

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I thought I was alone until I found this site. I purchased my Groupon late in the year of 2013. I tried to send in my photos in January 2014 and they replied back saying the photos needed to be at least 3MB. Well, none of my photos are 3 MB...they're all 2+, so I said I would like to put my order on hold until I have some worthy photos and they said no problem. I went away on vacation and came back but alas, most of my photos were still just under 3MB (I used my phone). I contacted them and they said that the sizing was just fine.

So, in late summer 2014 I uploaded three photos. We went back and forth regarding the centering of one photo and finally got proofs back that I was happy with. I said go for it and thought I would be able to pick up order up shortly. That was in August.

I have since emailed Canvas Made Easy several times and have received no reply back. I don't even care if I have to upload the photos again, I would just like to get an answer back!

I emailed them again today but if I don't hear from them by the end of the week, I'm going to contact Groupon to get my money back. Too bad too, I just wanted the photos.

Buyer beware....you may just end up really frustrated!

Groupon Fail

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Bought Groupon for $59 for 3 12x18 canvas prints from Canvas Made Easy. Redeemed Groupon for Canvas Made Easy account credit.

Submitted photos and paid additional shipping and taxes. Credit card statement says payment was processed. No product shipped. No returned emails.

Called but no answer. It's been 4 months! I'm emailing Groupon for a refund. And will call my credit card company to see if shipping charges can be reversed.

Buyer beware.

If multiple complaints are received by Groupon, then they should automatically refund Groupons. And not deal with this company as it is a shell for other companies.

Missing Canvas

I ordered two vouchers off www.buytopia.ca for two canvases sized 24x36 thinking I was getting a wicked deal. I ordered one on October 21st and the other on October 30th.

I received the order I placed on October 30th, which was in good condition and on time, but I am still waiting for the print of the order I placed on October 21st. No one answers my calls or emails and now I am thinking I might have to travel a couple hours in order to receive my first order or get a refund! This is the worst communication I have ever experienced with any company!

Still waiting.

I should have came to this site first. I'm headed into week seven, there has been no response to my emails or voicemails, and I'm starting to become worried that I lost my money. I bought off of a GroupOn and will be contacting them to demand a refund before this goes on any longer.

I have ordered canvas prints from www.bestcanvas.ca in Florida and not only are the prices low but I got my orders (multiple) within a week. Every time. I've actually ordered three prints weeks apart from eachother after ordering from this awful, awful company. I wish I had found them sooner! I'm north of Toronto.

This company sends their orders out to be printed; outsourced. I know that for a fact.

Eff! I'm very upset. GroupOn should not allow these companies to advertise. Where's the due diligence?

Do not order from this company.

Long wait, 5 mos to receive numerous emails then wrong size delivered

I bought a kijijji coupon for 2 16x20 canvases from Canvas Made Easy.It was bought in November. They sent one email in January saying it would be longer then expected due to backlog.

I then was sent a note saying the sizing of one the pictures I supplied was wrong and to supply another one of the original, which I did. One of the 16x20's was delivered. I assumed they were working on the other one due to the wrong sizing. They never told me the replacement I sent was alright despite a couple of emails.

I then kept sending emails asking when it was going to be delivered. I got a couple replies saying "Oh I thought it was sent". Today I received the canvas...it was a 16x33 that came. Therefore it doesn't match the other one and doesn't fit the wall.

Also the last email was saying I would receive a gift certificate for $50 to compensate....of course it wasn't included. The worst company EVER>>>Don't order anything from there!!!

Canvas Made Easy DO NOT ORDER

This company is also known as Art Network Canada. Read the reviews as there have been a number of problems with them not fulfilling orders and keeping money.

For those who did recieve something, in most cases months later than promised, the quality was awful. You will be unable to reach customer service if you do have a problem.
