Canvas closed my business accounts without warning

Canvas closed my business accounts with them without warning! I just realized because I couldn't find my account info on the app.

I GOT NO NOTIFICATION OR WARNING! A live chat agent told me the accounts were closed, but couldn't offer any other information. I literally don't know where the money went and cannot reach customer service.

This is wildly disruptive to my business. Go anywhere else for your banking needs.

Car loan

Although they claim over the phone and on their website that they will put extra money towards the principal, it goes towards their interest instead. Make sure that if you are paying extra, it's going towards your principal and they aren't just allocating it to interest, as they have done to me for about a year now, despite their verbal statements and website information indicating the extra would go towards the principal. They also do not respond when you fill out their contact form.

ATM issues

Took my money during direct deposit and canvas debit card. Transaction was not completed.

Called was told a technician would come and count money and have put back in my account same day never happened.

At the DIA location and that is where I work. Very disappointed especially with it being the holiday weekend

They are absolutely horrible. They do not track purchases very well at all.

If you happen to go over, because they do not track or subtract your purchase from your account, they charge you $30. For someone who lives paycheck to paycheck, while being in school, I count every dollar. If my account says I have money in it, I expect that that is the correct amount. Their app is horrendous and has gone majorly downhill.

Do not, I repeat, do not bank with them. If I could give them -30 I would.

I have been banking with them my entire life and haven't issues arise until they got bought out. They need to seriously start to consider their customer and not their bottom-line or they will continue to lose people.

My purchases and payments are not properly accounted for and there are even a few that completely don’t match my receipts. It seems they combined some charges into one line.

If this has happened in your account, you will understand. Very slow accounting at this bank.

They don’t accept P2P yet which at this point is antiquated. Best use of this low performing system is depositing cash.

To educate future customers

This credit union is impossible to get ahold of on the phone. I have tried three days in a row and the wait time is always over 30 minutes.

They do not have e-mail.

They have a dumbbot that does not have the ability to answer questions. This is a good credit union to not do business with if your looking.
