1 year and project still not complete. Contractor is MIA

You wrote a review for Cantera Pools One month ago 2.0 star rating 6/11/2019 As we have past the 1 year anniversary of the start of our pool, I have to write, that the pool is not yet completed. We were promised someone would be here throughout the entire process, that did not happen. Although Scott and April are nice people, they did not keep their word to us. Last December, they asked us to make the final payment, as they were short for the upcoming holidays and they had family. They gave us their word that they would come back and finish the job. We never heard from them again. Well, other than us calling them regarding some problems, our polaris was having, they said they would get on it. We still have not heard back from them. We had to contact the polaris people direct. Our decks were supposed to be redone, as the water doesn't drain off. He said he contacted the deck people and they would be out, they never did. We are going to have to have the decks done ourselves. They promised us a flagstone flowerbed was to be build next to the waterfalls. That has not been done. They were to paint the back side of the pool. That has not been done. They promised that because of the problems and the length of time it was taking with our pool, that they would give us some pool maintenance. Well, that didn't happen either. A lot of promises, but no follow thru. If anyone has any questions, just contact us. We have all the text messages and promises that were never fulfilled.
