Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. I have to say, after they recieved my email complaint on this website, the Director of Operations, Blake Miller, immediatly called me and had a plumber come fix the leak the next morning. He called me the next morning to tell me they would be at my house in an hour and then also followed up with me to make sure everything was fixed after they left!!.

I have left 5 messages and spoke to 1 person regarding a very serious issue. I had a generator installed and completed in recent June/July.
Yesterday morning the gas company knocked on my front door and said a neighbor smelled gas coming from my yard.

Upon his inspection he detected a significant amount of gas coming from the generator gas line. He gave me a tag, shut off the gas and said I needed to get it fixed immediately. As soon as he left I called the only number that your sales department gave me for customer service. I left 3 messages because the only people that answer the phone number provided is an answering service.

I explained all 3x times what was wrong and what was needed. Around 2:30pm I received a call from a man that was not very helpful. While explained the situation as he interrupted me several times. At the end of the call he said he would call the plumbing company that was hired to do the install and get them out ASAP.

As of this email, I have not heard from anyone!!! My gas is not on to some of the things at my home nor to my generator!!! Ironically, this Monday we are supposed to have extremely bad weather which could cause the power to go out in my home, but I will not have a generator if its not fixed!!! I have called 3x today and again, the only answer is from an answering service.

I have left the required messages yet I have not heard back from customer service. I have no idea and was not given the name of the plumbing company so that I could call and ask when they are coming out or make an appointment.
Not only is there a warranty on the installation that is being violated by your company, but this matter is very serious.
I need someone to respond ASAP!!!
