At my apartment complex I just put $10 in the money machine. It took my $10 and did not give me any coins. A technician was just out here today to fix the machine because it was out of order.

Very kind and helpful
Four weeks ago I tried getting a drink from the vending machine in Oakwood at Mercy, Medical Center, Oshkosh, Wisconsin with a $10 bill. The machine took it then it lost connection reconnected and zero credits then I try with a five dollar bill and the same thing happened. I dont know why it didnt spit the bills back out, but the only thing I think may have happened is it was Low on change?

The new manager was horrible to my partner. It caused a close friend of mine to cause self-harm.
The new manager was very rude and hateful and talked behind people's backs and decided it was okay to make people cry. The manager called us boring and another employee that goes by the name Raven or Patty. She was in on it too. They were both being racist towards me and my partner and told us that they wouldn't serve us because we don't matter and that our color wasn't allowed to be served food.
The only nice worker there is a younger woman who served us and apologized for how rude her boss and co-worker were. If anyone deserves to be the manager, it's the young girl because I've been told that she was the only one working, even for a whole month by herself, when her coworker said that she didn't care about not coming in to help.
Plus, I told the manager and the other older lady that I have allergies, and they both gave me something that almost killed me on the spot; then they both laughed at me as I was struggling to breathe. The young girl was the only one who helped me out.
Preferred solution: An apology a very serious one too for that matter because it's not right and I'm about to have that place shut down. I talked to most of the other customers and they all agree that they need to go. We enjoy the younger employees company over how nice.
User's recommendation: If you go to canteen and the new manager is being rude just report her and another lady. They'll laugh at you even if you have a small food requests then they'll call you boring and losers. Best option is to hope that the younger employee will be given a higher position because she's the best one there and she's always being nice and helpful.
