You own Storz and Bickel now need assistance with a repair and no one is getting back to me what do I do?

Used the storz and Bickel website to initiate a repair request. This included a $140 charge.

Did this over a month ago. Have not heard anything back. The only way to get in touch is to use their customer service email, info@***z-bickel.com. I have sent 3 emails over the last couple of weeks with no response.
