Ordered what I thought was a canopy from a very confusing website SUNJOY GROUP maintains. Curtains showed up.
I need the top portion of the gazebo not the sides. Their website shows 257 available, they won't sell them because they are for warranty claims. So I get billed for something I don't need from a company that does not care to help. To return the curtains will cost 15% restocking. Just easier to challenge them on the CC charge.
NEVER will I buy garbage from Big Lots when it is a SUNJOY product! Guess you get what you pay for.
So, the gazebo I purchased in 2014/2015 is now garbage! More for the landfill!
