Sold me a bad vehicle

AI Highlights
  • - Cannon Ford, Lincoln & Mercury (Cleveland, MS) sold me a car that needs a new engine, with no warranty, and I wasn't told it was sold as is.

Cannon Ford, Lincoln,&Mercury in Cleveland, MS sold me a vehicle and after driving the vehicle 4 weeks, after taking the vehicle back to dealership twice while owning the vehicle, informs me that the vehicle would need a new engine and that there is no warranty on the vehicle. Neither the manager nor salesperson informed me that the vehicle was sold to me as is, nor was it mentioned in the paperwork.

Now I am stuck having to cover the costs of repairs after owning the vehicle @that time 5 weeks. How is this fair to anyone not being informed?
