Paid for the gummies, but never got delivered
I bought them in November 2021 they shipped the wrong gummies
they said it will be shipped again and I never received it but always get
an email that it was shipped
I guess it is a scam

- Charged for 6 CBD Gummies; 2 ordered, extra cannabis cream.
- Received 6 Hemp Oil Gummies with no CBD.
- Refund policy differs; 3rd-party handles returns.
First issue, is that I ordered 2 bottles of CBD Gummies and they charged me for 6 bottles, plus a jar of some cannabis cream (which I never ordered)
Second issue, what I received was 6 bottles of Hemp Oil Gummies, which contains no CBD so not the same.
Third issue, you cannot speak with anyone from the Cannaleafz company and must deal with a 3rd party call center who have only minimal instructions from Cannaleafz to deal with customers
Forth issue, the website claims 100% refund if not satisfied within 30 days but this 3rd party call center claims they have a 20% restocking fee and refund will only be sent once product is received back to them.
Beware, this product and the company are scam artists and their protection is afforded only because you must deal with a 3rd party call center who know nothing about the product, or the company.

Item purchased wasn't item received. Buy 2 and get 2 free wasn't true.
I was charged for 4 plus international exchange. They advertised 100% CBD oil but I received hemp oil with 12 other additives including sucrose and corn syrup which diabetics can not consume.
The items were shipped to a warehouse in Ontario. Why am I paying duty and restocking fees of over 94$ when they shipped the wrong thing?

I was also sent a total different product …it’s a big rip off Cannaleafz are false advertising and lying to the consumer… and do nothing to rectify the situation … stay away from this company.
