Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Email for was answered within 3 business days and a replacement is being sent.

My frustration was mainly from the customer service phone saying the voicemail has not been setup yet and that made me think it was a shady situation for me. Seems legit.

I got a tracking number only 2 days after I filled out the contact form. At the end of the day it was caused by UPS and had nothing to do with this company other than UPS saying the vendor had to file a claim.

UPS never answers their phone. Getting a human is not even an option anymore.

My package delivery photo shows it being delivered to a set of mailboxes instead of my home. The package is not there, and it is most likely gone as this picture is of the mailboxes from a trailer park a mile from here. I cannot do a UPS claim because it's impossible to talk to anyone.

Also, your phone number has no voicemail. I need help, and I also need this order.
