Canceled my order when I didn't want to, I tried to get help to change the shipping address as well but they only have unintelligent robots to talk to. Cannabox is not good i do not recommend.

I'm extremely frustrated that I've received zero response from anyone at Cannabox. My account doesn't show a subscription on file or any payment info, yet I keep getting charged.
It's impossible to cancel, I've been trying for a month now. It's also impossible to reach anyone. I haven't received a response from a single avenue I've tried.
The only options are Facebook Messenger, email, or submitting a request on the website. Crickets - I'm not happy.
