This is my 2nd attempt to hear back from canine carry outs. As I've already said my dog has been very sick has been taken in to the vet and is now on medication! I am about to go further with this as I get no response what my dog and I have experienced with this company is bs.

Preferred solution: I am looking for a apology from the team and for a price reduction if not refund of everything I've spent. I'd even be happy with a apology and a few bags of dog snacks but I am very skeptical after this now.
