- - Ordered three weeks ago and there has been no contact about the out-of-stock product.
- - Refunds are difficult as I have contacted my bank and BBB.
Actually I don't know if it's the worst since I can't get ANYONE to contact me. I order product 3 weeks ago and have had NO FREAKING CONTACT from anyone in that place.
2 weeks later they tell me that my product is out of stock. WHAT??? Now it's a fight to get my money back as NO ONE will reply to my ENDLESS emails.
I have already contacted my bank as well as filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and a couple others. This company is a JOKE!!!

- - Substitutions leave the customer with no say.
- - A disclosed policy exists, but it isn’t easy to view.
Showing pictures of product that may or may not be delivered. They blame manufacturer but they can easily inspect to see if pictured product is or is not included.
If substitution is made customer has no say if not wanted. They claim there is a disclosure but not where customer can easily vies.
Preferred solution: Full refund
