Nothing but good

I have dealt with this company on several occasions and have nothing but good things to say about it. The candy has come in a very timely manner and in great condition. I just placed another order and am anxiously awaiting its arrival. I've purchased chocolate items and have had no issues with melting. The variety of candy they carry is found nowhere else. It's fun searching the sight and seeing candy I had bought as a child. To experience it again brings back so many memories. There is no doubt in my mind that I will continue to buy from this company with no fear that I will get a quality product every time.

REF: UPS package #1ZA9T245124****911 Estimated delivery: Monday, November 28, 2016 Picked Up: 11/23/2016 9:21 AM West Carrollton, OH, United States Departure scan I placed Order #10017xxxx on November 21, 2016 at 11:05. I received an e-mail by Candy Favorites November 21 with a UPS tracking number 1ZA9T245124xxxxxx indicating my order was shipped. THEN, this morning November 23, 2016 UPS says the shipment was picked up only a few minutes ago... ALMOST 48 HOURS AFTER YOU SAID IT WAS. Candy Favorites is clearly *** up. There are far too may options out there to ever us you again. Thank you.

Sent half of my order & basically called my a lair now want s to have Ups to investagate? They are a scam

Shipped wrong merchandise/refused to give credit

Candyfavorites.com uses deceptive business practices. Intentionally and without notifying me, they shipped the wrong product. When I called to notify the receipt of the wrong merchandise, first they offered to correct the problem and three days later they indicated "all businesses make mistakes and unfortunately, as dictated by our Terms and Conditions, accepted by you prior to placing your order on CandyFavorites.com, all discrepancy claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise". They are absolute crooks and no-one should deal with this company. They charged me $105.00 to expedite an order I could not use and refused to give me credit for the wrong merchandise unless I would at my own cost return the merchandise they had knowingly sent.
