I feel totally ripped off. I asked the company to send me a size guide for a dress I was interested in and bought it in my size. It came and didn't fit at all. Way too small. I couldn't find the return policy and tried to call them a couple times. They never answer the phone. I then emailed to let them know I wanted to return the item and they would not accept it because it was outside of their 14 day return window. This was the first I heard of it. There was no return slip in the package or any link to a policy in my receipt. The customer service rep told me it was in the terms and conditions link you check when you make your purchase. Who ever reads that? It was literally only one business day outside of the return window and they wouldn't budge. Even if you do return an item, they only offer you store credit. Don't get scammed by these people. Why would you shop online if you don't have the option to return something that doesn't fit? Very rude customer service. Will not be shopping here again.

Horrible customer experience

Package was lost on their end before delivery. I had to follow up with customer service so many times to get my tracking #. Finally after I received the dress I wanted to return it as it didn’t look good on me & they refused. I called them twice & e-mailed them so many times. They never called me back although I was promised that someone will call me back. This was my 1st time ordering from Couture Candy & will never do again. I am so frustrated

Great dresses, if they arrive, but don't plan to send back

I ordered four dresses at around $1000. Three arrived and were all beautiful. No problems, no previous wear. One did not fit well so I worked on returning it. Three weeks later, they still have not sent my credit. The fourth dress never arrived. After about twenty or thirty phone calls, most being "disconnected" or really just hung up on and several being placed on "eternal" hold. If you have a problem, those ladies in Thailand don't really care. If you do find one that is in the mood, she will tell you she will notify you by email. Or will go to speak to a supervisor and never return. Eventually, after emails and calls of threatening fraud charges, they finally sent me an email showing shipment. Sadly, the fed ex number they gave was bogus. That took me an hour to find out with Fed ex. Still the dress has not arrived. And there is no more answer to my questions by email. I refuse to waste time calling. They offered an RMA to send the dress back....but it's hard to return a dress never received. Now i am reporting fraud to Amazon Pay, American Express and the BBB. I suggest you read BBB reviews and reviews here before making the mistake. Unless, you know the dress you want, the size you need and they just have a better price. Likely, one will make it if you order several.

These people are the worst to deal with. They are inept and have no customer service skills.

They have taken me for money for things most companies wouldn't. They obviously have money problems or they would issue refunds and not store credits.

Terrible company! Any customer who attempts to make a return must be ready that Candy Couture will first tell u that u need to accept a store credit that is good for only 6 months! Then once U agree to that, they reduce your credit by exorbitant return fee charges. We spend $270 on a dress and then was forced into accepting the store credit. Below are the fees and charges they charged against the store credit: Fees Deducted: Restocking Fee: $54.00 Freight Cost: $16.00 Handling Fee: $10.00 Return Label: $20.40 TOTAL CHARGES DEDUCTED FROM STORE CREFIT $100+ They obviously never have a repeat customer after they try to make a return!!

Very bad experience

Got a Leo from her and it had an disproportional big neck strip. It had a tore in the side of the neck strip and a lose thread in the back. She told me to send it back on my expanse and so i did. After it was delivered she ignored me for days until I told her I am starting to feel I need to turn to Paypal. At this point she answered immediately and started threatening me she will pull me out of all the resale groups and so she did. Got my money back but very bad experience She made good with her threats She was very impolite to a neighbor too.

Worst experience with them. They lie and they kept money from me bc of their false advertisement of something being in stock and it wasn't. the necklace I bought has already turned silver (it started as gold) and turned my neck black. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. They cheat, steal and lie to make a profit. I wouldn't recommend this company to a chimpanzee with a credit card. HORRIBLE and I can't say that enough. They did not even respond to my BBB complaint, of course had I checked they already have a F rating anyways!! EXPLAINS A LOT!!! Also, the worst customer service. Didn't respond to 9 emails during 4 wks and when I got the response I was called by the wrong name and was told it was my fault and they don't have to respond to all customer emails.

I purchased 3 make your own bangles. When I received the items several weeks later the letter were loose and moving, which was not suppose to happen. They were also discolored. I contacted the company right away and it took forever to receive a response. The whole back and forth with emails took about a month and they finally said they would fix it. I sent the bracelets back for them to be fixed. Once again took forever to get the items. When I received the bracelets again they looked horrible all discolored and letters moving and loose again. I sent them an email again. I have an email from them stating how bad the bracelets looked. Obviously they didn't care and sent them back. I asked for a full refund or a partial refund. I was excused if cleaning and wearing the bangles which I certainly did not. Needless to say I was not offered a refund, a partial refund, a discount for future items, a free item.....NOTHING! Absolutely horrible horrible customer service and products! I suggested since the letters came loose TWICE that maybe they should work on their packing and shipping system. Very disappointed! Will never order from them again or recommend them to anyone! Many people I know follow them on instagram and saw my bangels and asked me how I liked them. Unfortunately I had to tell many people not to buy from this shop. Very sad bc all it would of took is fixing the issue and I wouldn't have to sit here and write a negative review. I recommend anyone thinking about buying to look into these items more. I wish I did!

i ordered something two weeks ago... i never got a shipping confirmation. this is a complete scam. shop never sent me anything. i tried to contact them several times, they just have an automated message and never get back to you. this website is a scam, i don't understand how it's still operating. i have tried to get my money back and after waiting two weeks, i assumed the store would atleast try to resolve the issue. i haven't heard back anything. this store needs to be shut down before they scam any more people. this is a joke. please save your money and don't bother with this store unless you want to be scammed.

I was on my way back to US; stopped at Marden's in Calais, ME. Saw these fleece lined leggings for $6. Thinking I would need these for my 1st winter up North, I bought 4 pr-big mistake. They fit well & were warm-perfect-not so! First wearing they pilled-all of them, now I can't wear any of them. I am a very dissatisfied customer. I will never buy this brand again. I have no way of returning them. I can't believe that one has to write at lest 100 words to have this complaint accepted!! I have spent over an hour trying to get this review accepted. Is this how you discourage consumers from writing a complaint! The product code is CA#52427

This company is by far the worst I have ever dealt with. I ordered two bracelets. One was sent to me broken. I emailed the owner letting her know so she could just replace the missing piece. After one and a half months and six emails they finally emailed me back. That's an absurd amount of time considering their "48 hour response time". I get a response asking if I broke the bracelet. No. I told you in 6 emails that you sent me a broken item. They state they will send me a replacement piece immediately. Great thank you. 10 days pass and I have received NOTHING. I emailed again a bit upset and they get back to me saying it is my problem that I waited ten days to email them about it. Really? It took A MONTH for the original bracelet to come in so I thought ten days was graceful in thinking you didn't send it out right away. Then they tell me, the customer, that I am rude and mean? Why? Because I asked for my money back after almost 3 months of nonsense? This is by far the WORST business I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is horrible and they are rude. They seriously have no idea how to run a business. I have never had a company call a customer rude and saying its "my problem" because of a mistake on their end. I'm baffled to say the least. Their jewelry is cute, cheaply made, but cute. However they steal Money from their customers. I spent almost $70 and I received a broken item. don't waste your time or money.

I ordered a cute necklace from the company that was suppose to come with an H for my name with a diamond heart and an S for my fiancés name. The company allowed you to choose the color you want gold, rose gold, or silver. I chose rose gold. I paid $25 for the necklace and thought that was a great price since it was hand made as well. Well 2 weeks later I got the package in. It wasn't what I ordered at all. It was a gold bracelet with the right letters and the heart was just a regular heart (the only thing rose gold) with no diamonds (obviously fake ones) at all. I immediately messaged the company letting them know what happened. When I got a message back they assured me it would be fixed. They told me they would email me a return shipping label and would send me the correct item. I sent my email and never received the return label. I messaged them again 4 days later, letting them know I hadn't received it. They asked me to email them again which I informed them I didn't have and yet again gave them my email. Still nothing. It has been 2 months now and I still never received a refund for the $10 difference nor a return label to get the right item. They were very unprofessional and don't care about their customers. And I'm not the only person this has happened to. After I bought the item, I saw where a few people were complaining about not even getting their order.
