Waste of money
I have used candles to my door for a few years now and always loved a certain smell. Always received compliments and battled between them and bath and body works.
I prefer strong scents. However, my most recent order I purchased 4 candles 2 for my house 2 for my boyfriends. Totaling over $100. Previously we could burn one candle within the 2800 sq ft (0.03 ha) home and it had the fragrance throughout the house.
Strong and amazing and within a short period of time 20 min!
This time we had one candle upstairs and one down(both same scent) and the fragrance was highly highly highly unnoticeable, and I was so disappointed:( . We let these candles burn for a few hours even!
During the pandemic I'm understanding supporting businesses and this is why I hate to even complain. But when spending $100 in candles, it saddens me :(

I think its highly inappropriate to give Candlestomydoor a bad review when they do not make the candles themselves and have no way to know if a certain brand has sent them a batch that is not up to par. Did you contact them to make an exchange or a return before putting a negative review online?
Were they given the chance to rectify the problem? I would most certainly send the manufacturer a letter stating the change in quality.
Sometimes thats the only way they will know that a batch is not good, but not the distributer. Also fyi...anytime you deal with third party sellers you run a risk of counterfeits.
Agree with this!!
