Refused return of money with untouched machine

I have given this company over $40,000 and they refused to return it with the machine. They sent the machine and then demanded full payment within a month of over $120,000.

When I refused, they tried to intimidate and bully their way into keeping my money and getting money out of me, which was impossible. Previously, they had double-billed me for my so-called lost money order, which was sent again after cancelling the first one. They proceeded to cash both of them, sending me into a $30,000 deficit, which took them half a year to return to the bank. This affected my credit and my relationship with the bank.

I am told the company is now owned by loan sharks. I can fully testify that they are not professional and are not concerned with having a relationship with a customer. I have years of emails back and forth with rude accountants who tried to defraud me for tens of thousands of dollars by not providing a receipt, then creating a false receipt with taxes, despite the fact that the machine was tax-free and sent to an indigenous reserve.

If you value your money and sanity, do not deal with them! They are nothing short of criminals.

The representatives bully, intimidate and harass. They double charged me, which affected my bank and credit, then blamed me and took months to return the money, despite my first check being cancelled.

I now have to because they tried to force money from me without a contract. They even said I had signed one after they sent the machine.

Just a nightmare to deal with. They are hostile, demeaning and gaslight customers on top of lying!
