They are Scam Artists!
I paid this company $135.00 to renew my Pleasure Craft License thinking that they were actually the Canadian Government . I did not realize that it is free direct from Transport Canada.
Do not fall for this company that displays the Canadian Flag and calls themselves Canadian Vessel Registry. It is not the Government.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. My VISA account received a refund several months ago but I didn't notice that.
I had asked the bank to demand or a refund. I received no notice of the refund from the vendor or VISA..
I will continue to demand a refund of the fee I paid your business for no service.
You failed to provide any service for the $135 fee I paid.
I have discovered many internet facilities to give warnings to potential customers based on the very bad way I have been treated by you. I will continue making these comments until you do the right thing and issue a refund.

Very bad, deceptive and unprincipled business
Like many people I got fooled into thinking I was dealing with an authorized agent for Transport Canada. I paid the $135 fee but they were unable to do anything for me.
I was able to quickly complete my info update directly with Transport Canada for free.
Canadian (or National) Vessel Registry has refused to refund the fee despite repeated requests.
Check the reports from Better Business Bureau on them. They obviously are not members of BBB.
They claim the fee is their service but they failed to do that.

- Unfair business practice

Scam!!
These guys are scammers! Do not pay them the $130 fee to register your boat!
I was able to get my money back through MasterCard credit dispute but I was threatened by the company that they would put a lien on my boat. Total losers
