They are a complete waste of time. I filed a complaint and got an email thanking me for my feedback.

Couldn't even get it escalated. My credit score has dropped since getting there credit card and even after making payments on time I still don't have the option of a credit increase and when you ask for one the do a hard pull then decline you and your unable to even apply for a loan because your credit score drops.

Nothing has been done, still state etransfers are processed fast.

Original review May 18, 2025
I paid my credit card by etransfer, as it states that etransfer payments and instore payments are processed the same day. So I sent $200 (my credit limit is still only $300) and received 2 emails, one about receiving my payment and the second stating that my payment was posted to my account.

Which is 100% false, along with the claim of etransfer and instore payments being processed the same day. I phoned and was told that apparently an etransfer payment takes several business days to reflect.

I tried to escalate my complaint 3 times and got nowhere aside from 2 emails thanking me for my feedback. $50 of my payment was gas money to get to work Tuesday morning; however, the payment will only be released and available Wednesday or Thursday, and a supervisor didn't even take into account that I will lose my job or that I received the email about my payment being posted to my card and how nowhere does it say that etransfer payments are held.
