Poor quality and not draftlock windows i ordered
- - Installed VWD windows instead of DraftLock Plus; failed inspection.
- - They cut king studs and frames, damaged drywall; some windows were wrong size.
purchased draftlock plus slim foam filled windows, they installed vwd windows, the installation failed inspection..they wouldnt do anything until i hired a inspector to look at them. tried to get them to replace windows with the proper ones..they wont..after removing trim they cut through the king studs and window frames, damaged drywall, some windows to small other ones to big.
not a happy camper. stay away

Door installed wrong storm door
Wrong door manager said they made a mistake but can't do anything about it. When asked if they would fix it all he said was haven't you ever made a mistake so live with it stay far away

HORRIBLE WORK
- - Door screens were bottom, not top.
- - Handles not available.
- - Panels are see-through, not private.
- - Mom's window cracked; son's screen missing, can't lock.
First of the door screens are on bottom not top like we asked. Then the sales guy showed us types and colours of door handles but yet they had none with them when they did the doors.
We were told front panels would be private and look like the glass on the door and they are completely see through no privacy. My moms window was installed cracked, my son's window has no screen because they didn't have one and so they ordered it and when we got it weeks later they just leave the screen for us to install and not right screen either and my window does not lock. They didn't clean up there mess and when in my room I saw them on my security camera looking around my room.
Then we call the sales guy and he says we dont supply handles and he told us panels would be clear and that we wanted screens on bottom and there's 3:of us that were there and it's recorded that is a straight up lie. Has good sales pitch but once you sign your no longer important .
