A Collective Complaint helps you unite consumers dealing with the same issue, such as wrong charges, unexpected fees, damaged items, or misleading promises. It goes beyond a single review by growing stronger with every signature, making it harder to ignore. Once you reach 20 supporters, we’ll send it to the company to encourage a response.

Worse ever experience with Sage Customer Support

AI Highlights
  • We were overcharged for an unrequested 2018 Sage 50 update.
  • Note says only the Account Manager may discuss the overcharge and is on leave.

May 22 2018, I realised we where overcharged for 2018 Sage 50 automatic update that we never requested. I called few numbers, we got a case #, then I called again, everytime I had to use their call back system, I was called back from Canada, then from US, both operators said that they cannot do anything, somebody that we where not able to reach put a "note" on our case file that is closed and any discution about this not authorized overcharge can be eventually discussed with the Account Manager Only, and this Account Manager is on a long therm leave !!!!!

what a *** !!!!!

we will use this year this " forced " update, then we will choose another Program by 2018 year end.

STRONG ADVICE : think twice and check Sage reviews before committing with them. STONGER ADVICE : choose another accounting program, with real customer support.
