Rained and we got on no rides

Hello, this is just an email to explain what happened. We went to Canada's Wonderland on Saturday, August 17th, and it rained the whole time.

I know you have no control over the weather. However, my wife, my three kids, and I spent the entire day at the park and did not get on any rides. It was a huge letdown for the kids, and we often waited in lines only to have them shut down. Is there any refund, discount, or anything else that can be done?

I want to be able to take my kids back this year and actually experience the rides. Thanks.

Hey, I went to Wonderland today with a couple of friends. We waited for the Wonder Mountain ride for almost 2 hours, but we were told that there was a temporary delay on the ride - all good.

However, after waiting for an hour, I was then told the ride was closed, and we just had to leave. It would have been nice if someone had given us a fast pass for at least one ride, because we then had to go wait in another line for another hour, a total waste of our time. And when I said something, I was told it was my choice to wait.

However, if I had been told that the ride was broken down, I would not have waited... As someone who works in Hospitality, I am really disappointed in your customer service!

Preferred solution: Better Customer Service, when you make people wait 2 hours for nothing....

User's recommendation: Don't wait if they tell you a ride is on a temporary delay, they are not thankful for your patience....

That ride always breaks down. But at least now they do not force you to leave your belongings in a locker where you have to pay.

When are they going to open that Moose Falls ride.

They said it would open in June. July now.

I, my husband, and my son were booking from my account, and when paying, they told me that the process had not been completed and there was a mistake in the information, so I took my husbands card and filled in all the information, and the reservation was completed, but I was surprised later that it was taken from me and him, but I did not complete it, and also I didnt receive any Receipt of reservation to my email or number

Purchased 2 tickets online on same name from India by mistake

Hello,

I live in India and my name is Zineeta Shah. I purchased season pass online for my daughter residing in Canada.

Now the problem is I added one ticket in the cart and then I went back to the page to see other kinds of passes.

In that process I had again to chose pass quantity, again fill in the entire details.

Once this was done it took me to payment method and I unknowingly saw the amount was $208.13 but it went unnoticed that 2 passes were added. After paying I realised I paid for 2 tickets on the same name.

Please help me out as other ticket would be of no use to my daughter as it as 2 season passes on the same name.

I would appreciate if you could understand my issue and help me with one ticket refund on the original payment method.

Let me know what can be done.

Refused to honour food pass purchase

My son went to Canadas Wonderland with his class. I bought him a $49 food pass for the day.

He went to appropriate place to get his wrist band,But they wouldnt give it to him. I contacted park but they refuse to refund me, saying he should have gone to the correct place, even though it was their staff who did not honour the receipt when he did go to the correct place.

My son had no food for the day! And Im out almost $50 for food he didnt even get.

My husband never used his season pass due to his health and wonderland only cares about their terms and conditions and policies! I guess there is no such thing as customer loyalty or Curtosy

My husband never used his season pass due to his health issue and wonderland customer service referred me to their policies and procedures as well as their terms and conditions! Atleast they could have given me some sort of discount for next year literally the season pass was not used for a minute even

Me and my kids have been coming to wonderland for decades and also my whole family. There is no such thing as curtosy or customer service at wonderland!

Just get someone else to use it and have them pay you. Most of the workers do not even check the picture when you enter because they are being paid minimum wage. For example, the person on the card could be a white female and the person using the Season's Pass could be a black male.
