Very poor customer service

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Snow was not removed from our walkways. I informed Jayna who was extremely patronizing and condescending in her response.

I wrote again recently (about our snow covered walkways) and I received no response. Who's working at this company? We are paying quite a bit for year around services. Based on the reviews I am not alone in having received really poor service.

Management, please read the reviews and make improvements accordingly. It is in your best interest.

We are customers and pay our bills to you on time. The services that are being rendered are truly not thorough and unacceptable.

BEWARE- Worst Customer service - Jayna

Beware of Canada Yard Pro is not run professionally in my opinion and needs to remember it is customers that keep them in business..

Jayna was a condescending lady who has her head screwed on backwards. interrupts, is forceful ( hung up on me ) and the worst part about it is she thinks she is in the right. Yes Jayna I am "not a customer" but if you rana proffesional business I would have been and do you really need to say "so I wont deal with your customer service complaints". I was disappointed it took 4 days to just let me know you wont even be able to give me a quote for another week and you got aggressive and hung up ?

Didn't your mother ever teach you it's not what you say it is how you say it ?

This company is garbage and they try to rope you in by making you provide your payment (credit card) information to even book a quote.

Lazy, terrible lawn staff & rude office

Horrible job at lawn care and lazy at putting up Christmas lights, then when I called the office to report this to the office staff (the wife & Mother of this Father/Son two-bit business) was so rude to me; obviously a paying customer is not allowed to complain. Their service delivery is poor at best and also several screw ups with the billings.

Invoicing for services never performed. Taking holidays during peak lawn care season. I know of four households now that have used them once and then never again.

Do yourself a favour and avoid hiring this yard care service company at all costs!

Just so you know, she isn't the mother. She's the step mother. And a *** *** that part you already knew though.

Terrible work and Terrible Customer Service

I hired this company about a week in advance, they said the day could be weather dependant and could run behind, they were about 4 days behind, however the weather was 100% pefect the whole week. Then, as requested I had flagged all my underground sprinklers as requested, and knew they were all in working order.

One sprinker head was destoyed, leaving me with a water fountain in the middle of my lawn, and of course they cannot accept any responsibility for this...awful customer service.

The work performed beyond that, was a 2 out of 10 at best. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Canada Yard Pro - Terrible service and overpriced

We booked Canada yard Pro to do a spring clean-up of our residential yard including power-rake, fertilizer and aerate. Plus a *** treatment.

They 'booked' our appointment 3 weeks into the future and said that was the earliest they could do the work. The day they had 'booked' our yardwork, they never showed up, never called and after I waited around all day for them to arrive, they said it would be done a week later - or possibly 2 weeks later.

Their service is terrible, prices are far too high for what they offer and they have wasted a lot of my time.

I would NOT recommend this company for any yard work.

I hired this company this past April to do a routine aerate and power rake for one of my revenue properties. They were not accurate with the time they told me they would do the work and the date it actually (finally) got done.

The staff were scruffy and unkept also. Wouldn't hire them again.

I also hired Canada Yard Pros and found their customer service lacking in professionalism. They did a 'half-assed' job of my spring yard clean-up.

I agree with Mayberry, they over-charge for the quality of product and service they claim to provide to customers. I'd shop around too.

This Mayberry person seems to have a problem with every company she deals with perhaps the problem isn't with the companys but rather with Mayberry

The person was upset, because CYP knew in advance that they cannot do the work that day, yet there was no notification to the customer before that day.

This customer booked their service well in advance as do almost all of our customers That Spring we had snow on the ground till the end of April that put us behind by almost a month. We cannot control the weather and do our best to catch up as fast as possible when we are behind.

Our crews worked 12 hour days 7 days a week till we did get caught up we have a great staff. What this person was upset with is she wasn't bumped to the front of the catch up list, other customers were ahead of her and it would not be fair to our other customers to make a complainer priority.

We do in the excess of 1000 spring clean ups every year. The other 999 customers we very understanding with regards to the weather and if we were so over priced why would she have booked a service in the first place you have to take every complaint with a grain of salt
