Package has not arrived after seven weeks

IPurchased bravecto for my dogs on the second of December and the package has still not arrived yet. I was tracking it, and it was in the uk on the 24th of December, I live in France so I think it should have arrived by now on the 20th of January. But then again it is not the fault of Canada Vet Express but the fault of the postage service.

Delay of order

It's probably stuck in transit..but I orordered HeartGuard on Apr 4th..it's now may...I understand with the lockdown but they should have noticed me and I would change order

User's recommendation: Please send an email when item ships in the future.

RE: Order # 326**** dated 03/02/2019

The above mentioned order has now taken ten days and still no delivery date in site. Is this standard procedure? The company name indicates products would be arriving from Canada, however it appears this order originated in Germany. How much time is required once an order is placed to receive your product, since medications are normally given the same day each month, one would need to allow for extended shipping time. Problem with delivery

First order

RS Here, I wanted to make a comment that I believe important. I see that a lot of these horrible stories go back to 2013. I am not doubting these accounts by any means. I am only stating that I was literally scared after I had already placed my order that I had made a terrible mistake. I have tried to address some of these concerns with comments on the statements made in order to help give another perspective from a very hopeful customer that this company had changed it's ways. After receiving my order I did started to panic with regards to the dosage and number of chews to give until I calmed down and my Vet Tech/RN mind kicked in and I discovered that everything was as I thought it should be. Please look at my comments to others for more in depth details. I am planning on ordering my heartworm preventative from them this week. My credit card charges a 3% fee for foreign rate changes but other than that I am really impressed and pleased with my first order. The only extra mailing charge was an option for me to add in the tracking fee.

First time ordering from Canada VetExpress

Placed my order of revolution for cats, and paid for tracked shipping. I received an e mail stating revolution had been shipped on May 31, 2018. I was expecting the product to be arriving soon. On the 8th day, I called their 800 number, and was told the product had been shipped from Australia and was now in customs in New York. I asked why New York since Australia seems closer to the west coast. He did not have an answer for this, just repeated that it was in New York and to expect it by the 14th at the latest and to call if it did not arrive as stated. I received the product on the 13th and appears to have been shipped from Germany. The product was correct, although the cat weight range was in kg, not pounds. Product will not expire till 2020. I have read many bad reviews since ordering. However, so far, my experience has been positive with the exception that that I did not expect to wait 2 weeks, and finding that the company is not based in Canada. No prescription was needed, but I was ok with that since my pet was recently seen by the vet and I had bought the product from her. The vet did say that she would give me a prescription for on line purchase if I wanted one.
