Wallet falling apart
I am a loyal customer of Roots products. The roots wallet that I purchased began deteriorating after the 2nd day of use.
I am very surprised that the quality of the wallet is so poor considering I have other Roots products that I am very pleased with.
If you honour the warranty of your products I would be satisfied with compensation so I can replace the wallet that is substandard quality. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
