Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Communicate
no communication from the insurance company
I have issues with some refund requests. I made 10 calls, I was let on the phone for more than one hour each time and never could talk
to anyone.
I used their website to ask my questions and guess what ! 3 weeks after no answers.
I wonder if there is anyone else than collectors in this company.

Calling to talk to someone about switching from Sun Life to Canada Life trying to talk to an agent because I have a small problem and I've been calling for a week at different times of the day and nobody's ever available. Is thea really anybody working ive been on the phone today alone for over four hours trying to get through every time I called the number to speak to an agent I cant even get through everybodys busy and the phone just hangs up on me.
I dont think thats very good customer service Ive called different times all day and everybodys busy, I dont understand it I know youre probably busy because its a new customer but surely theres got to be somebody to say no sorry I cant talk to you right now. Theres too many people on the line fine take my number call me back when you get a chance last week the computers were down I dont know I would think youre a multi million dollar company but who am I to say hopefully once everything settles it will get much better.

Cancelling policy
Your company is giving me the runaround about my refund on a policy I never consented to. Your agent was bad at not telling me that after I got denied coverage she tried another company without my knowledge. I want my refund for $85.00 taken from my account
