Ordered 2 knives and have not received them, they charged my account 149.98. Since I ordered these I have had numerous attempts to *** my accounts.

I ordered a knife that had Jeep logos on it for my in laws and the order was left on pending for over 2 months, I could never contact the seller and I go to check again and the website has been shutdown

Much like the numerous reviews I have read about the company after I have purchased from them and realized I was not going to get the product, Canadaknives.com is a pure SCAM. I ordered the Jungle Tactical FKII Military Multifunction knife on August 9th, 2018.

Not long after making the purchase, I received an invoice from a Jimmy *** listing the order #, item description, and amount paid. At that point everything looked perfectly legit so I had no reason to believe I was being scammed. Since the site said most orders were shipped immediately, but could take as long as 2-4 weeks to receive the product, I waited for a whole month before inquiring about my purchase. I sent Jimmy *** several e-mails over the next couple weeks stating I still havent received my order or even so much as a tracking #.

I realized after many failed attempts of trying to reach Jimmy, something didn't seem right. I looked up the Canadaknives website and found a phone # to contact them, so I called the # to try to get this issue resolved. When I dialed the #, it immediately went to an operator stating the # is no longer in service. Luckily I payed with the purchase using Paypal as I try to with any online purchase.

I called Paypal and opened up a dispute with the company still giving them the chance to make things right. After getting off the phone with Paypal, I started to wonder if anyone else has had this problem with Canadaknives, so I looked up reviews online about the company only to find numerous complaints over the same exact issue. The next day I decided to escalate my dispute to a claim with Paypal against the company. Canadaknives has 2 more days from now, September 30th, to respond to the claim and make things right before Paypal rules in my favor and refunds the money back to me.

Since I opened the claim on September 22nd, and the seller has yet to respond, I'm confident they have no intentions on doing so.

I have made many online purchases over the years, but have never experienced a situation like this. My advise would be, do your research and make sure you are dealing with a reputable company before purchasing and stay away from Canadaknives.

I ordered a Bowie Knife from "Canada Knives" and every time I check the site I find that the order is pending! I emails them for their specified email address 4 times and have yet to get a reply.

I called the toll free number, that they list, 3 times one day and 2 times the next and a recording answers that states that the number is NO LONGER IN SERVICE! In my account area it always shows the order as 'pending' and it has remained so for over a week now, with absolutely no answers from my emails. If I had received even an email on the status of my order, or If their customer service # 1-88*-732-**** had answered instead of a recording stating the number was NOT IN SERVICE, I would not be so concerned.

Is this company a scam? I am considering a stop payment order for this company!

Ordered knives and then jimmy removed the website, all contact and info links were shut down or never answered. This is a scam!!! I am turning it over to my credit card fraud unit and let them put him in jail.

I ordered a knife ($100) in April of 2015 and the transaction went smoothly. After a month of waiting i contacted the seller and received an email from "Jimmy" that the knife had been shipped.

All along Jimmy kept saying he would supply me the tracking number but that never came. The website always showed my order as "processing". I waited another month in anticipation and then I contacted the seller again and was told he would put a postal trace on the package with promises of sending me the details. We traded several emails with Jimmy making promises of following up and providing details, all to no avail.

I have never received details or the ordered knife. BUYER BE WARE OF THIS COMPANY!

I ordered two knives from these clowns and paid via paypal. Weeks went by without delivery and my emails were replied to with the usual assurances that the package had been shipped.

I asked for a shipping number and some guy named "jimmy" said he would get back with one but never did. Finally I filed a dispute with Paypal and they found in my favour and refunded my my money. The paypal process took only two days which leads me to believe that Canada knives and swords is often a subject of complaints with paypal.

I have read where knives have been recieved by customers but suspect the reviews were done by the company themselves. In short..do not do business with these guys and never give them your credit card number.

I purchased a Columbia military SR Bowie Knife from Canada Knives in February 2014. After weeks,and then months of no product arriving, and emailing Jimmy *** several times, I finally asked for a refund, which I did not get.

He then ignored my emails. I reported him to the BBB, the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre, and even the police. I continuously badgered him with emails. I finally just received the product this February, 2015.

Never dealing with this guy again!

At least I got the knife, which was of good quality. I recommend to everyone I know not to buy from this company.

I ordered a knife from this company in April 2013. My credit card was processed for the amount.

The product never arrived. After many emails, finally contacting the Better Business Bureau who maybe was too busy for my eight dollar issue, I gave up. My son did not know, and apparently ordered from the same company and did also not get product but had his credit card processed. His attempts with OPP also went no where.

I myself reconnected in Nov.

2014 and have been sending emails since every week 2 or 3 with always answer of it was shipped, we will track it, we will ship again, etc. but nothing has arrived yet.

I have emailed several times and the only response I get back from "jimmy" is ï will email you a tracking number tomorrow"" but he never does

i ordered a knife in sept. No knife yet, lots of lies, is this a police issue.

Fraud, I will talk to visa and also try to get his add off google. jimmy said he had .to make the knife, but I have made knives in a couple of days. I tried a year ago to get a knife from him but somthing went wrong with paypal. But this last knife the payment went through.

I only tried to get this knife because I couldn't get it anywhere else.

How can he keep getting away with theft, I will email him every day phone if possible go to the bbb. But dont buy from the pig.

Ordered a knife in nov, 2014. My credit card was charged and this man hasn't even made an attempt to rectify his shiftiness. Do not waste your time with jimmy, he will not send you anything.

I placed an order for a knife with Canadian Kinves and Swords which I did not receive. After waiting for the knife for several weeks, I emailed Jimmy *** at Canadian Knives and Swords, I was informed that the product was on back order and was asked to wait for a few more weeks until it was in stock.

After several more weeks, I again contacted Canadian Knives and Swords and asked for a refund which I was assurred I would get but, now after several months, never did.

I contacted Canada Knives and Swords several more times and was constantly assurred I would get my refund The last time I emailed, I received no reply. This place is a scam.
