Poor customer service and terrible product
I order a humidor from humidor Canada. It was cheap.
I paid for delivery. Not even free shipping. Nobody told me a signature would be required. I wasn't home for the first delivery.
Nor the second. They never contacted me to see what delivery service was closest. Inside the one the picked was an hour away.
I finally received the humidor. I ordered an extra cigar shelf.
So as I insert the shelf pegs into the humidor. Not only were the holes off, so the shelves rocked side to side and were not level. I didn't receive the extra 4 pegs for the extra shelf.
They also advertise a sure seal. Well, the bottom magnet on the door after locked with a key doesn't even touch.
The wood is warped on the door.
I tried calling the number, it just goes to a message for an email response. So I've emailed them twice with these issues and not 1 response.
Preferred solution: Price reduction
