I have sent numerous request and left a voice message also. Since I placed the order on 8/02/23.

I would like my order refunded - I made a request right after my purchase when I realized the license deal was not what I first understood.

I have since left 4 messages by email to the support line and save for a message reply that my email has been received there has been no reply. Next would be to dispute the charge with my credit card - but I never like to do that as a small business owner myself knowing how much additional work it can be.
