I have not heard from them by text or my email janiceingram28@***.com. I checked the tracking number about 30 minutes ago, and it's the same thing...tracking number was created but no message to come pick up the item. I am very disappointed in the way Camskns conducts their business and I would never recommend them to anyone!!!

Camskns - Horrible Customer Service

I ordered a protective cover for my new camera. When the cover arrived I took it out of the package and examined it, The cover was to be red and black .The packaging looked that way.

When I finally opened the package, I saw it was all red. Camskns has no phone number to call to discuss what happened. I e- mailed their "support" asking them to call me and received a return email saying that their policy was no returns after 15 days.

Note I had not asked to return the product. I again emailed them and again they said no returns after the 15 day period even if they might have been at fault.
