Horrible Customer Service and Lease that will steal from you.

This place has horrendous customer service. When you call to ask a question about anything they give you the run around. When you ask for the GM they hang up on you. When you call back and demand to speak to the GM they will REFUSE to connect you to her. The lease is designed to steal your money. If you are 15 days late they charge you $170 court cost fee. This is NOT disclosed in the lease unless you have an attorney read it. Lea Hicks, the account manager sent an email asking us to call. She did not take our call. When we emailed her 3 THREE times she refused to return our call. This is a BS company. Run away from the FAST. You will be sorry.

Guy From ***- Campus Crossings Apartments

This place needs to have better security because when I visited the Campus Crossings apartments and met someone who lived their in C-304 by the name of Joseph Stevens.(Jo Stevens)He turned out to be selling drugs out of his room, and even when I thought I knew him well over 1 month. He stole from his roommates, took my money when I visited him, and continues to sell drugs from his room. Proof is , he borrowed that money from me and bought the supplies and drugs. But told me it was for his bills. So dear god, unless Campus Crossings Apartments wants to be drug free/smoke free location, and keep it that way . They better inspect this guy's room because finally to make things worse, he is constantly picking fights with people and his roommates if they don't let him smoke *** in his room. Smoke in his room period. And people outside apartment, always getting in their face due to being high on crack,***. or Alcohol and causing major safety issues.Once again proof is in me witnessing this firsthand visiting the guy for last month, and has taken all my money and bought drugs to sell back to streets. So as a Federal Govt Official also under Homeland Security, I took an oath wherever I see any illegal activity. I am to report it and keep people safe from harm and crime. So i do hope here and now Campus Crossings apartments, deals with this situation ASAP as I am giving them a chance to fix the situation before turning it over to police in 24 hours.JoshCampus Crossings Apartments Murfreesboro,TN
